Steven & Victoria are married! They brought their A-game to Glen Falls Park in Williamsville!
Victoria & Steven bought a house right across the street from her parents, so she had the luxury of getting ready at home while Steve & his groomsmen were able to get ready just a few seconds away.
Best man Brad kept the rings close to his… er, heart?
Victoria’s matron of honor wore a special jeweled belt that echoed the one on Victoria’s gown.
When she was finishing up getting dressed, she had to get on the phone to try to locate her dad, whom she wanted to come over to see her before she got in the limo to go to the church! She called her brother, who offered to pick her up a sandwich at the sub shop he was just leaving.
When she & the girls arrived, Steven & the guys were already inside, and she wanted to come in a side door right next to the room where Steven had been sequestered, so Steve & his best man stood facing the corner while another groomsmen “blocked the doorway” so she could sneak past!
Steve’s mom’s face looking up at her son as Victoria & her dad appeared at the back of the aisle was pretty sweet.
Steven & Victoria chose Glen Falls Park in Williamsville for photos, which was convenient since it was pretty much on the way between their church on Niagara Falls Boulevard and their reception at Samuel’s on Main St in Clarence.
I made sure, for the record, that it was NOT MY IDEA for anyone to climb the tree! Everyone got down unharmed and without ripping anything, as far as I know!
Their favors were a bottle of Mayer Bros apple cider and a cider donut! YUMMMMM.
Congratulations on a fun, relaxed wedding and a great start to this new part of your lives! I hope you loved your “glamping” trip – let me know how it was if you get a chance!!
