Bob & Erin had a chilly but beautiful October day for their wedding!

I love catching images of moms looking at their daughters.

The church was just a few minutes away from Erin’s parents’ house and the sky couldn’t have been more blue!

The Japanese Gardens at the Historical Society was a perfect backdrop for a quick round of formal photos! Bob gave Erin his jacket for a few minutes (it was definitely under 50 degrees with quite a chilly breeze) so I snapped a few pictures and they said they had one just like it from prom – 8 1/2 years ago!

Then we stopped at the Reserve Fire Station where Bob & his groomsmen are firefighters!

On to Lucarelli’s, we enjoyed a wonderful family-style dinner.

When two cousins catch the bouquet & garter, the DJ finds creative ways to make it less awkward. They were good sports.

I said goodnight after the oczepiny (is that the right word? I looked it up but didn’t find any reference to the tradition of doing the hat for the groom) – wish I’d had all the elements of Bob’s hat explained! I get the firefighter part of it, but the bananas, the grapes and the giant whistle are lost on me!

Best wishes to a wonderful pair of high school sweethearts. Enjoy newly married life!
