Baby Samuel – 10 days old
Baby Sammy and I share a birthday! I did Justine & Chris’s wedding back in 2006 (when I was pregnant with my son!) and recently saw Chris in the Target parking lot, and we talked for a few minutes and he introduced me to their son and told me that Justine was expecting again. Justine emailed me to set up the session, and Baby Samuel was born right on his due date – April 8th! I was supposed to go do the session last week but had to postpone due to sickness, but thankfully today I was able to go and everything went smoothly (forget about the poop & pee… it happens all.the.time!!). Elijah was the best big brother and was so obedient and helpful… thanks little man!!

I make hats now!
During the winter I work a lot less, leaving me with much more free time. Last winter, I had a friend teach me to crochet and now I’m addicted! As much as I looooove Etsy (seriously, huge love affair) I don’t have the energy to devote to an actual Etsy shop (plus I’d get way too busy for it in the wedding season) so I have started selling hats via facebook.
Here’s my most recent… a newborn bear hat made of 100% wool roving. Want one? Email me and I can invoice you via PayPal. $15 including shipping. Available in dark gray or tan, with a white bow, pink bow, or no bow. If you need a larger size, let me know. Please don’t request an adult size one… that’s just weird.
