On Sunday I spent a couple hours in Sinclairville with Rebekah, Darryl and their kids (and dogs, and horses) – sneak peek from their session! P.S. Dogs and two year olds are hard.

Self-indulgent? Yes. Two blog posts in two days featuring my little boy. Today we went to Medina to see Thomas the Tank Engine (the tickets were a gift for his birthday from my parents). He had a great time. The pictures really say it all.

First we took him to the facepainting booth. He was really not sure about the cold paintbrush on his cheek! He liked the results though!

Then we waited in line for the train. His smile when it was our time to board was really super.

After the train returned to the station, he had his picture taken with Thomas and went on his first pony ride.

If my parents hadn’t sent us money for the tickets, we probably wouldn’t have taken him. Thanks for insisting that we go, mom & dad!

My little boy, Natey, is four today. Four years ago at 10:50am he entered the world, and my life has never been the same since. Seems like he should be at least 6 or 7 though… feels like he’s lived with us a lot longer than four years!

This morning he opened presents from his grandparents and cards from the rest of the family, and this afternoon daddy took him to Target to pick out the toy of his choice. He chose a Hot Wheels Loop track. Don’t think we’re too cheap – we’re going to buy him a bike as soon as the weather gets nicer!

Boy, what a boy. Love him to pieces.
